The versatile Synchronous Compact Drive from Hanning is a combination of a highly efficient motor, a drive computer with integrated power module (IPM), a mains input circuit and the necessary control electronics for operation. The compact engine is small, safe to operate and easy to operate. Like all other synchronous compact motors from the manufacturer, it complies with the IE3 requirements that apply to this performance class as of 2017.
In size 71 / 80, power classes up to 2,2 kW are possible. The drives are available with IEC end caps and shafts, as well as with special custom geometries. The total length of the drives varies between 240 and 310 mm. All motors have electronic protection circuits to ensure safe operation at a maximum surface temperature of 70 ° C. The entire drive is designed in protection class IP 54, optionally IP 55.
In the mains input area, the highly integrated motors are equipped with modern circuit technology. Single-phase drives have Power Factor Correction (PFC) and comply with the current harmonics standard EN 61000-3-2. In addition, noise filters are available, which ensure trouble-free operation in accordance with the EN 61800-3 standard in the home, too. The modular design of these filters allows individual configuration of the drives. The versatile interface connects the power electronics with a customer-specific control panel, which has a membrane keyboard in a simple design. In addition to the control of the speed and the display of the operating status, advanced functions for diagnosing the drive are available. In combination with a serial interface, a CAN open or Profibus DP interface, it is ensured that the synchronous compact drive contributes to safe processes even in complex systems.
