Three-phase asynchronous motor winding without rare earths

Without a rare earth one Efficiency of 97% achieve? These motors get by without permanent magnets.

Such a winding reduced the use of materials, in particular of Copper. The three-phase asynchronous motor constructed in this way achieves an efficiency of class IE 4 and dispenses with rare earths for the production of permanent magnets in the windings of the Motors.

Because of DAM's large production volume, the reduction in the use of critical raw materials in the windings is of considerable importance for ensuring the availability of these raw materials. This applies in particular to areas in which substitution is not possible.

CO₂ friendly motor winding 

The motor design comes with less copper and complete without permanent magnets out. It completely dispenses with the use of rare earths. By saving critical raw materials, production is environmentally friendly. CO₂ is reduced. With the new technology, a DAM of the Efficiency class IE4 significantly more compact and therefore easier to assemble.

The motors are therefore particularly suitable for installation in tight installation spaces. It is also possible to retrofit an existing motor. They can simply be wrapped around. Electric motors with alternative windings are used in trade and industry as well as in Electric car, electric motorcycle or E bike. This is of considerable economic importance.
