The Rollon group opened with their linear axes for heavy duty purposes from the product family "Tecline" many possibilities for efficient handling and intralogistics heavy workpieces. Interestingly, the versatile modular system is especially suitable for automotive industry, logistics processes, machine tools and feeding for production equipment for the manufacture of "white goods".

Hannover Messe Statement on the introduction of the heavy-duty axle portfolio

The heavy duty axles with rack and pinion drive are used for the customized construction of gantry, production and logistics applications. The company offers one of the world's most comprehensive linear motion assortments and, thanks to its extensive application know-how, to heavy quad and fivefold systems, it can cover every individual application.

The linear Tecline modules, for example, can be used to build gantry systems with one, two or three standard axles with rack-and-pinion drive, which ensure precise handling of objects with fast and quiet operation and long travel distances. Helical, hardened and ground racks are used. Lifting loads from 5 to 1000 kg can be achieved with a maximum speed of 4 m / s and a maximum acceleration of 10 m / s2 to be moved. Tecline is based on large aluminum profiles in widths up to 360 mm and single lengths of up to 12 m. The axes achieve repeat accuracy up to ± 0,05 mm.
