The robust Drive unit, Drylin SLW protect 'from Igus suitable for use in harder environments. The spindle of the linear stage is protected by the durable Drylin W profile, which means that even bumps or falling parts can be easily removed. Both the nut and the spindle as well as the Drylin W linear guide can move so safely.
If, on the other hand, it is not about robustness but lightness, then the aluminum hollow shaft AWMR is suitable in combination with the Drylin polymer linear bearing RJMP in twelve and 16 mm diameters. With a wall thickness of 2 mm, the extremely light pairing is suitable for use in weight and / or speed and where every gram counts. The surface is hard-anodized and offers very good coefficients of friction with simultaneous corrosion resistance. Where limited space matters, the Drylin E radial kit helps.
Here, the electric motor can be deflected by a pulley and a toothed belt and mounted next to the linear axis, allowing the module to be installed individually. The DST-JFCRM also features a flange bearing for the 'Dryspin' screw drives (Fig.), Which, thanks to its slim design, is suitable for use in a limited space. The wrench flats of the flange nut in size 10 also provide additional protection against rotation. They are available for all Dryspin coarse threads, which, like the other threaded spindles, can be combined with the Drylin E spindle motors.
