Dr. Tretter offers the Series "Monocarriers "finished, compact axle units, enable the accurate management and feeding movements. It combines ball screw, linear guide and profile of axle in one unit. The corrosion-resistant, maintenance-free linear axis is used in various applications such as their use in analysis technology, semiconductor manufacturing or assembly of circuit boards as a small machine table or as a pick-and-place unit. With appropriate boundary conditions it can also be used in a clean room or in the food industry.
In this series, the slide runs without play in a ball track and is driven by a ball screw drive. This is mounted in two angular contact ball bearings on the fixed bearing side and a deep groove ball bearing on the floating bearing side. Since the ball track is ground directly into the axle profile, the monocarrier is very compact. It is available in two versions: as a compact unit MCM and as a compact, rigid unit MCH, in which the cheeks of the axis profile are higher. In the standard version, the monocarrier has a powered carriage, but it is also available with a second, towed carriage on request.
The MCM is available in six sizes with different stroke lengths and spindle pitches. The MCM02 version is suitable for applications with smaller installation dimensions. Because it is extremely compact with a width of 28 mm and a height of 22 m.
The MCH type has essentially the same features as the MCM. However, the cheeks of the body are much higher. The mass is thereby somewhat increased, but the stiffness increases significantly. This allows higher loads to be absorbed and moved even more precisely. The MCH is available in three sizes.
Both types are available in two accuracy classes: the standard accuracy class "H" and the precision version "P". "H" stands for handling and is intended primarily for use in handling equipment. In this class, the manufacturer guarantees runner parallelism to the contact surface and contact surface, a position repeatability and a reverse span. For the precision version "P", these values are more tightly tolerated and, in addition, a ground ball screw class C5 is used.
