The automatic adjustment of formats, attacks and tools as well as many other similar positions assumes the intelligent "Driveline "actuator AG06 of Siko. This also applies to installation situations with higher power requirements. The compact actuator provides with its high torque high power density for decentralized positioning. It can be flexibly integrated into various machine concepts.

Commissioning takes place either on the drive itself or via the bus communication. No additional material is required for installation. The programming effort as well as set-up and setup times are minimal, so that a fast activation is possible. The user is supported by a two-line display for easy commissioning. In addition, it allows observation of setpoint and actual value during operation.

The AG06 has a stainless steel hollow shaft with a diameter of 20 mm. The insensitive, glass fiber reinforced plastic housing with a smooth surface is largely acid and alkali resistant. The actuator is mounted directly on feed and auxiliary axes. The compact housing contains a brushless 24 V DC motor with planetary gear, controller, power electronics and integrated fieldbus interface.

The integration into different security concepts is very easy to realize with the AG06, because the power supply for the control and power electronics takes place separately. The higher-level PLC is significantly relieved by the integrated control electronics. In addition, monitoring functions for temperature, current and following errors are already integrated in the drive. The state of charge of the battery is continuously monitored, so that a necessary battery change, which can be performed by the user, is displayed or reported early. Due to the battery buffering of the magnetic measuring system, position deviations in the de-energized state are detected and a new referencing is unnecessary.
