Rollon With the range of linear axes, there are numerous solution options that combine to create automation dynamics individually or as multi-axis systems. Positioning tasks with one or two runners are the field of application the axis of TH, which is now available in size 145 in addition to the size 110. Also to be seen in Nuremberg: axes for cleanrooms and multi-axis systems.
The series has a preloaded ball screw and ballscrews with ball chain. Their special feature are separate lubrication channels for the ball screw and the recirculating ball bearings, which ensure a complete supply of lubricants. A plastic masking tape protects the internal components. Due to its design features, the linear axis is very well suited for applications with high performance and precision requirements. The application areas of the new series include laser applications, dosing robots and various handling tasks. The compact housing serves as a mount for the engine and as protection for the belt. The TH145 is also available in a belted version. This design considerably shortens the overall length of the axle in comparison to motor mounting with flange and coupling.
The complete range of the manufacturer also includes a ready-to-install axis for clean rooms. The "ONE" series consists exclusively of emission and abrasion-resistant components. This makes it the first toothed belt-driven axle for 3 class cleanrooms to EN ISO 14644-1. In addition to the special materials, a vacuum pump is used, which sucks the resulting particles during the movement. There is the axis in the sizes 50, 80 and 110 mm with square aluminum profile. ONE axes operate with a repeat accuracy of 0,05 mm and achieve payloads up to 6000 mm.
From the single axes can be put together with little effort finished multi-axle systems. Different gantry arrangements including the required limit switches and gearboxes are created with the fastening elements from the range of accessories for the different axle combinations. The engine and transmission connection is also already provided in different versions. For example, a hollow shaft with feather keyway, free-standing shaft journals and the gearbox integration by means of a clamping set are available. With direct gearbox integration, the motor bell with the associated coupling can be omitted. Overall, the Actuatorline 14 range includes 40 series and more than 100 product variants.
