The Precision gears of Nabtesco come in painting, welding and palletizing as well as positioning and handling tasks used. New gear heads the RH-N series and the cycloidal drive the RF-P series are here for robotic applications of all kinds. The RH-N-precision gears achieve a high torque capacity and can be quickly and easily integrated into the driveline.
Its modular design with defined interfaces guarantees high flexibility. Since drive sprockets and a motor flange are already integrated into the gear head for all common motor types, the series offers an uncomplicated plug-and-play solution for every machine designer. The gearheads are also very lightweight, compact and low maintenance.
Predestined for use in the arm axes of delta and scara robots are also the cycloidal gear units of the RF-P series. The eccentric gears allow output speeds up to 200 min-1 and work extremely precise. The main differences to conventional planetary gear solutions are the minimal wear and the resulting low clearance over the entire service life.
The variants RF-19P and RF-32P tolerate high shock loads up to 570 or 960 Nm. The reduced friction in the gearbox ensures a low operating temperature. As a result, the cycloidal transmissions are extremely low maintenance, durable and have a high efficiency of up to 80%. The RF-P series is based on the RV reducers with a two-stage reduction principle. The design leads to a very good transmission behavior in terms of dynamics and smoothness as well as a high repeat and path accuracy - even with very fast and abrupt movements.
