fibroEMO Hall 13 stand C62

With an 50% higher efficiency and short switching times is the electromechanical rotary table "Fibrotor" with its worm-gear drive an efficient alternative to worm-driven NC rotary tables. It is suitable for light and medium machining as well as for round machining with medium machining forces.

As standard, it is equipped with a reinforced shift table bearing to accommodate high tilting moments and with a hydraulic clamp for high tangential loads. This clamps the rotary table in the positioned state non-positively, so that it can absorb high machining forces. Because the transmission of the Fibrotor is not self-locking, there is no danger to the mechanics of the rotary table during emergency stops or power failures. Matched to the respective field of application, different arrangements of the drive are possible.

Fibro offers more than 150 different rotary table types. The rotary tables are used as swiveling or positioning axes as well as workpiece carriers in highly productive machine tools.
