The double-plus-free conveyor chain Tsubaki provides 2,5 times higher delivery rate compared to the chain speed. This ensures reduced power consumption and longer life of the chain. Free turning is done with minimal friction loss and roller wear.

The manufacturer recommends the material black steel for normal applications, the chrome version for cleanroom applications and a stainless steel version for corrosive environments. A maintenance-free design completes the offer. Provided with an integrated cover, the chain is suitable for use in conveyor systems and applications where small parts such as bolts and nuts can fall into the gaps between the guides and rollers.
