Tsubaki0419Hannover Messe Hall 24, as B35

In addition to BS / DIN and ANSI roller chains and large roller and conveyor chains provides Tsubaki At Hannover Messe also other innovative products. These include the "Zip Chain" actuators, in which two chains connect like a zipper and form a strong unit for a linear lifting and pulling movement. Such a 'zipper chain' can save up to two-thirds of the previous space compared to conventional linear lifting systems.

Another highlight of the trade fair is the "Pin Gear Drive Unit", a drive system that, due to its modular design, high transmission capacity and ease of assembly, represents a serious alternative to the rack and pinion system. The Pin Gear Drive Unit is similar to a solid roller chain with pitch, internal width and roles with associated Triebstockrad. It is based on the principle of the inverse roller chain system, with which both linear and rotary motion sequences can be realized. With the use of this system, the designer receives unlimited design options for rotary and linear drives.

New inspection doors and hatch covers were developed for installation in process plants that are used to transport bulk materials via enclosed belt conveyors. This simple mounting solution allows quick access to the 'intrinsic values' of the system. The maintenance and servicing is thereby accelerated and facilitated. In addition, these inspection doors are sealed against dust and moisture.

Last but not least, the range of popular chain wear gauges for the maintenance of roller chains has been extended. With the practical teachings, the condition of roller chains can be measured in just one operation and their degree of wear can be determined. The chain wear gauge was provided with a fork at one end. It engages like a fork wrench flush around the role of the chain. The display unit at the other end of the gauge displays the state of wear of the chain by means of color coding according to the traffic light principle via a scale. Their rugged construction ensures accurate measurement over a long service life at all times. The new wear gauges are available for large chains from BS RS20B to RS48B and ANSI from RS100 to RS240. These supplement the existing sizes from BS RF06B to RS16B and ANSI RS35 to RS80.
