Blickle introduces the electric drive systems of the series "Ergomove". These facilitate the movement of heavy loads up to 2000 kg and thus support the ergonomic working method of the employees.

This also makes in-house material transport easier: If the force when starting a vehicle with 1 t weight and rollers with standard polyurethane treads is still greater than 130 N, the force required by using an ergomove is reduced by more than 80%. The high physical strain that normally occurs when braking the car, eliminates thanks to an integrated dead man's braking system.

The Ergomove family includes the systems 1000 and 2000 as well as 2000T. The Ergomove 1000 was developed exclusively for use in manual mode and is suitable for speeds up to 4 km / h. It is equipped with an ergonomic handle, which is available in two versions: In the standard version, there is a sensor for force detection in the handles. By lightly pressing or pulling on the handle, the car moves forward or backward accordingly. In the alternative version of the cockpit, the handles have rotary encoder for controlling the car.

For cars with a total weight up to 2000 kg and the transport in manual mode, the model Ergomove 2000 is used. The set consists of two electrically driven fixed castors, a cockpit, two handles with rotary encoders and a control box with integrated battery. If the drive system for trailers and transport vehicles is used, which are to be towed in addition to manual operation, the Ergomove 2000T version with energy recovery is available. In tow mode, the batteries can be charged via the controller at a speed of up to 16 km / h.
