Telsonic presents the new control software "Telsoflex" with a new 12 "touch panel for welding and cut-off welding with ultrasound, which makes the ultrasound systems of the USP and TSP series fit for Industry 4.0.
For example, the screen of the panel can be transferred to a workstation outside production and can also be fully operated from there. The user sees the real-time data from the production, can access welding results, secure data on network drives or other storage media and manually or automatically load records into production. Also, multiple welding systems can access the same data sets. Integrated support options also provide a high level of security when quick assistance is needed.
The entire process cycle is monitored by the control software and the status is displayed graphically. With just a few clicks, you can adjust welding parameters, define multi-stage welding modes or set up the periphery, ie anvil, film transport, sound insulation, workpiece detection, clamping, stop etc. Various meters for quantity, batch or lot size ensure the correct production quantity. The user and rights management can be adapted to your own needs. The modular design of the software also covers the user request for customization.
