nord0519 Efficient, transparent and available 24/7: In the “my Nord” customer portal, users can find the drive solution they need from the standard product portfolio, consisting of gearboxes, motors and drive electronics from NORD configure and order online yourself.

The user is guided step by step through the ordering process. Numerous search and sorting functions such as engine power, output speed or output torque facilitate the selection of suitable drive technology. Thanks to the plausibility check, the product configurator only displays the options that match the wishes already stated. Info icons display explanations of configuration features. Online configuration and conformity testing of Atex gearmotors and the configuration of distributed drive technology or cabinet converters are also possible.

All configuration steps are performed on one page only. All already entered specifications as well as the still to be selected features are clearly displayed in a box on the right edge of the window and are always in view. In addition, 3D models, outline drawings and dimensional drawings of the configured drive solutions can be generated. CAD data can be downloaded and integrated directly into the CAD program. Already during the configuration all purchase prices are to be seen, after completion can call up an offer and trigger the order process.
