The SPS30 fine dust sensor (PM sensor) is according to Sensirion the next technological breakthrough in optical PM sensors. In order to achieve the highest precision over a long period of time, laser light scattering is combined with the latest technology against particle contamination.

This technology, along with high quality and durable components, allows for accurate measurements - from first use to more than eight years of service life. In addition, the latest algorithms provide superior accuracy for different PM types and high resolution particle size binning. This opens up new possibilities for the detection of different types of environmental dusts and other particles. With just 41 √ó 41 √ó 12 mm, the SPS30 is ideal for applications that require a compact design, such as wall-mounting units or compact air quality indicators.
