With the 3D Scanner “Atos Compact Scan” enables GOM manufacturing companies an inexpensive entry into mobile 3D-Measuring technology. Thanks to the scalable measuring field and integrated scanning and tracking functionality, the optical scanner adapts ideally to the challenges of the respective measuring task. It is easy to use and flexible to use.
The mobile 3D scanner is used to scan the entire area On-site digitization of components, tools and systems in the production area. The scanning system, including a tripod, turntable and other accessories, can be stored in a compact case and can be easily transported to the measurement object. In this way, quality data can be recorded directly during ongoing production, e.g. B. on the production line. On-site measurement not only saves transportation costs to the measuring room, but also accelerates error detection and thus the optimization of production and machine parameters.
The Atos Compact Scan delivers precise, even in disturbing ambient light, traceable 3D surface data and, thanks to the connected evaluation software, generates easy-to-interpret geometric information, including: for target/actual comparisons and shape and position analyses.
In addition to the well-known 5 megapixel version, the system is now also available with a resolution of 12 megapixels.
