Lach Diamant has succeeded in developing a highly innovative grinding wheel for the face grinding of circular saw blades. This makes regrinding and production grinding more cost-efficient with the highest precision. The unique carrier system with 3-dimensional geometry and extended grinding layer makes grinding even the tightest tooth spaces child's play.
So far, grinding the rake faces on carbide-tipped saws has repeatedly reached its limits - especially with regard to stability and cost-effectiveness. With the new "Dragonfly" grinding wheel with the unique carrier system, the grinding times are significantly shortened and the volume removed through higher infeeds and feeds. In doing so, it grinds exemplary straight rake faces without any bulges.
