Losyco presents its system extensions for the "Loxrail" transport rails, With them one can transport platform put together. On this transport platform, the load, such as assemblies and machines weighing several tons, can be transported in manufacturing process, easy, flexible and efficient transportation. The focus of the new platform is a new system structure with a steerable transport platform and an integrated brake for conveyor rails.
A mechanical steering system mounted on the underside of the transport platform enables heavy, bulky loads of up to 10 t to be turned and aligned on the rails without the need for compressed air or electricity. New types of wheel sets that can be rotated at will with optimized rolling behavior allow flexible product alignment and an uncomplicated change of direction. Cross and lengthways travel can be carried out quickly and safely without lifting the transported load.

Since only robust, extremely durable components are permanently installed in the foundation, the entire transport platform is particularly low-maintenance and resistant to contamination. The newly developed brake system ensures ergonomic braking of the trolley. The transport platform and load are gently and safely stopped. The brake operated using the foot pedal works independently of the hall floor.
