In addition to its conveyor technology modules for feeding and linking, the MK Technology Group also presents its system solutions for workpiece transport. The focus is on the modular transfer system "Versamove" and the accumulating pallet circulation system "SPU 2040". A selection of belt conveyors and, for the first time, the efficient flat top conveyor systems from Emma will also be shown.
Part of the automated and networked part production is the transport of workpiece carriers and workpieces. It should be flexible and precise, with a robot connection and RFID recognition. The latest modules System solutions meet these requirements based on the modular system of profile, conveyor and linear technology and can be used in almost all areas of automation and material flow.
Flat top conveyor for every route
The Emma flat top belt conveyors, also known as plastic chain conveyors, are used in all areas of industry such as the automotive and its supplier industries, the electronics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, detergents, confectionery and cosmetics industries.
Almost any route in three-dimensional space can be easily implemented with the flat top belt conveyors. You can transport both piece goods and workpiece carriers with loads of up to 20 kg each. Different chain widths and side guides enable product widths from 10 to 400 mm.
Another topic on the stand is the modular Versamove transfer system, which is tailored to customer requirements. It is a reliable, high-quality and process-safe system for transporting workpiece carriers. Divided into three weight and size classes (standard, plus and ultra), the right system is always available for every application. The modular structure of Versamove allows quick and transparent planning and configuration. When developing the system, attention was also paid to compatibility with systems that are already on the market. So z. B. external workpiece carriers can also be used on the Versamove standard.
The accumulating pallet circulation system SPU 2040 was designed for the cost-effective interlinking of processing stations and the process-reliable feeding, buffering, positioning and separation of workpieces in the smallest of spaces. The workpieces on the workpiece carriers / pallets are fed to the upper transport level by means of a hinged belt conveyor. After the workpiece has been removed, the empty workpiece carriers are safely taken along in the deflector and then conveyed back while hanging below the transport level. In this way, you are available again at the beginning of the line for loading new workpieces. A second conveyor level and lifting and lowering devices are not required. There is also no need to equip the circulation with workpiece carriers.
