The new class P4 + is gradually replacing the previous accuracy classes DIN P4 and ABEC 7. The new premium accuracy class "Ultra Precision" UP + fulfills even higher requirements for running, form and dimensional accuracy.

In addition, the labeling has been improved. So now all important data including the deviations of bore, outside diameter, width and production lot on the outside of the rings as well as on the packaging can be seen. In addition, all data can be read out via a QR code on the packaging by means of smartphones or readers and integrated into different database solutions. No additional software or internet connection is required. Customers can thus identify the product faster and easier and additionally receive enhanced counterfeit security.

With the high-precision ball bearings of the new P4 + and UP + accuracy classes, GMN offers the right components for the increased demands of the machine tool industry with regard to speed, running accuracy, service life and machining precision.

The tolerance class P4 + complies with running and forming accuracies according to DIN P2 / ISO 2 and dimensional accuracy according to DIN P4 / ISO 4. It is intended as a standard accuracy class for a wide range of applications in the machine tool industry and is available in all designs, series with bore diameters from 5 to 120 mm.

UP + ball bearings are designed for applications where the highest demands are placed on performance parameters such as speed, running accuracy and vibration. UP + spindle ball bearings fulfill running and forming accuracies according to DIN P2 / ISO 2 or better and are available in the types S and SM as well as in the series 60 and 62 with bore diameters from 5 to 70 mm.
