In the business area Value Added Products (VAP) has Rodriguez realized a customized rail guide table for a welding system. The rail guide table RSTK-35 is part of a stand welding machine for processing various steel profiles. The table is vertically mounted and moves a Z-axis welding cylinder up and down, with the maximum stroke being 150 mm.

Dr. Tretter represents the new generation of C-profile rail guide which is now also available from stock in sizes 15 to 65. An optimized rail geometry and extended carriages have increased the load rating by up to 60% - which means an 4,5 extension of service life.
Nils Knepper, Product Manager modular PLC / Software, Mitsubishi Electric Europe BV, Ratingen, introduces a manual workstation with which a zero-defect assembly can be implemented on the basis of the manufacturer's products.

The Heinrich Kipp Werk extends its product range in the field of clamping devices with automatic retracting Toggle Locators in four different versions. These facilitate the flexible machining of workpieces with draft angles.
Multi-bladed reamers are the tool of choice when high cutting rates and short machining times are required. Due to the limitations of conventional manufacturing processes, it has not been possible with steel base bodies to distribute the coolant specifically to all effective points of the tool. Thanks to additive manufacturing, Mapal has succeeded in reshaping the coolant supply and the coolant outlet shape and optimally adjusting it to friction machining.
