At the same time, the air consumption has been reduced again by 10% compared to the previous models. This energy saving was achieved by lowering the operating pressure for the maximum vacuum from 0,4 MPa to 0,33 MPa. The air consumption is therefore only 57 l/min.
In the compact housing of the multi-stage vacuum generator, all elements are housed in a single unit: 3 stage diffuser, vacuum pressure sensor, pilot valves for supply and ventilation, and filter and silencer unit. This makes the ZL112A models very easy to maintain. For example, no tools are needed to replace the silencer or filter unit. With the push of a finger, latches can be opened and easy access to the parts to be replaced.
The ZL112A series is particularly suitable for use on workpieces in the packaging industry where high pressure leakage is to be expected, such as with porous or uneven surfaces, e.g. B. occurs in cardboard or wood materials.
