The patented “multi-circuit” ejectors from Avac supply four, five or six independent vacuum circuits. Can be installed quickly and easily and replace many components that would be necessary with conventional ejectors. The low-maintenance vacuum circuits are monitored with just one vacuum sensor.
Even if not all vacuum circuits are occupied, the workpiece is still transported safely and reliably. The “Booster Release” ejectors enable extremely short cycle times. Thanks to the patented blow-off function, they only need an average of 5 ms to release. With a 50 mm suction cup, the workpiece is released after just 3,5 ms. The workpiece is released very quickly, gently and precisely. The clever construction increases competitiveness.
The "Air Save" ejectors save up to 95% of compressed air and therefore money. They have a fully pneumatic vacuum control circuit, so there is no need for a separate control system. The supply and interruption of the compressed air for vacuum generation take place automatically.
The versatile, intelligent "Autovac MFE" allow easy communication between man and machine with regard to Industry 4.0. These plug-and-play ejectors made of sturdy aluminum have an integrated automatic air-saving system, small installation dimensions and can be easily mounted on a multiple base plate. Vacuum generation and blowing off are controlled by solenoid valves. A holding valve delays the release of the workpiece from the suction cups in the event of a compressed air failure.
