In addition, the control valve series ASR and ASQ in vertical applications help to harmonize the lifting movement and prevent jerky start-up. In press applications, they can provide a quick supply of compressed air at the stroke end. Valve body and plug connection of the new control valves are 360 ° swiveling, so that a quick and easy installation is guaranteed.
Overall, the assortment of ASR / ASQ per 5 includes models for the connection sizes R1 / 4, R3 / 8, R1 / 2 and for hose diameters from 6 to 12 mm. Customers can choose between valves with fixed or variable set pressure. While the optional version is firmly fixed to a pressure of 0,2 MPa, the pressure in the variable standard models between 0,1 and 0,3 MPa can be customized application-specific. The adjustment is made manually via a rotary knob with three-part scale.
Pressure control valve and flow control valve are combined mounted on cylinders. The flow control valve ASQ sits on the working stroke side and the pressure control valve ASR on the return stroke side. The design of both valve series has little difference: The ASR pressure control valves consist of a regulator with a check valve and a throttle check valve. The ASQ Series Flow Control Valves include a quick supply and bleed valve and a throttle check valve. The screw thread is coated with fluoropolymer. Valve body and plug-in connection can each be swiveled around 360 °.
