The switching network "Emparro67 Hybrid" from Murrelektronik relocates the power supply From the control cabinet into the industrial field. It also monitors the currents with two integrated channels for 24-VDC load circuit monitoring, thus ensuring high operational reliability. An IO-Link interface enables comprehensive and transparent communication.

The fully encapsulated IP67 switching networks of the Emparro67 in the robust metal housing offer a high energy efficiency - up to 93,8% of the energy used is implemented. The conversion of the voltage from 230 VAC to 24 VDC no longer takes place in the control cabinet but directly at the consumer. This reduces line losses to a minimum. Control cabinets can be dimensioned smaller, in some applications they can be completely dispensed with.

The switching power supply has two integrated Mico channels for electronic current monitoring, Eg separate plant components, sensors, actuators or fieldbus modules. Both the sensor and module supply as well as the actuator supply of the connected fieldbus systems can thus be monitored separately. This ensures maximum operational safety. The Mico channels for monitoring the two 24-VDC load circuits can be set to different current values. The triggering behavior follows the principle "as late as possible, as early as necessary".

Emparro67 Hybrid has an IO-Link interface (M12 port) and can communicate as a device with a higher-level IO-Link master. It is thus possible to use Emparro67 Hybrid in through-networked intelligent applications. A concrete application example is the monitoring of the life of the device. Companies in plant engineering and mechanical engineering can use such predictive maintenance functions to develop new business models.
