The company Isys Vision presents their latest products for the Melfa robot developed bin-picking solution. With the help of the 3D vision system Mikado ARC, the robot is able to grasp autonomously chaotic parts from a crate and store them in storage. In the meantime it is possible to convert the system to a new work piece within 10 min without classical teach-in and special programming skills.
A further successful cooperation is behind the flexible parts feed Melfa Easyfeed with Asyril. If the flexibility and space-efficiency of robots are still limited by conventional feeding systems, the Asynil 3 axis vibration table can align sensitive parts in tight spaces and work optimally with the robot. The Melfa Easyfeed plug-in adopts the parameterization. The joint solution enables cost reduction and space savings in production and processing processes.
