DC micromotors with extremely flat slope of the n / M characteristic

With the new DC miniature motors of the 1336… CXR and 1741… CXR series, Faulhaber is expanding its range of drives in the medium power range. The new drives offer a high power density with dynamic 4 or 8 mNm continuous torque with an extremely flat slope of the n / M characteristic. The graphite commutated motors are based on the concept of the CXR series and offer high-quality materials.

Compact dimensions of 13 or 17 mm diameter and a length of 36 or 41 mm as well as a permissible temperature range of -30 ° to + 100 ° C allow a wide range of applications. Both engine variants can be optionally combined with a two-channel coder and a coordinated range of precision gearboxes. The control for speed control or the positioning mode is carried out either via SC 1801 speed controller or MCDC 3002 motion controller.
