Hasco presents the latest enhancements to the standard parts for the manufacture of injection molding tools that were launched 50 years ago. The pre-tempered high-performance steel "Toolox33" is now also available as an undrilled P-plate, as a finished shaped plate in K20 quality or as K252 with grinding allowance in the system bores. The special properties of this material enable finishing in one setting.

When using the A8001 clamping device, set-up times can also be reduced. The homogeneous, sulfur-free structure allows glossy polishes and graining. The choice of material has a significant impact on the economics of mold making as well as tool life.

The comprehensive program with latch pulls, two-stage ejectors, gear elements and buried cores for demoulding internal threads and undercuts offers the user individual application options. The new ejection cover Z1216 / ... protects the ejection system from penetrating foreign bodies and reduces downtimes in production.

A wide range of cooling elements brings the heat out of the cavity at every desired point, thus ensuring optimum cycle times. This is ensured by a complete range of hoses and connections as well as cooling cores and deflections. The new deflection plug Z9675 / ... allows ejector bores to be inserted through cooling, offering significantly greater flexibility in tool design. With the intermediate size M9x1 for the sealing plugs Z94 / ... and Z940 / ..., 8er cooling holes can now be plugged with significantly less effort.

In the hot runner area, various valve gate solutions as well as solutions for difficult injection positions in high-precision tools are presented. In addition, two controllers were added to the program. The Z1240 / ... multi-channel control unit is a reference-class unit in terms of efficiency, comfort and safety.
