  • according to Art. 18 DSGVO the restriction of the processing of your personal data to demand, as far as
  1. the accuracy of the data is disputed by you,
  2. the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or
  3. You have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
  • pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer to another controller;
  • according to Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO your once given consent to revoke against us at any time. As a result, we will not be allowed to continue processing for the future, if based on such consent;
  • according to Art. 77 DSGVO, to complain to a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or work or our office;
  • to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided that your personal data is based on legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f GDPR are processed and the objection is directed against direct mail or there are reasons for the objection that arise from your particular situation.
