Motrac Hydraulics accepts IMAV hydraulic

Motrac Hydraulics, a subsidiary of the listed Royal Reesink NV, has officially announced that it has taken over the activities of the German manufacturer Imav-Hydraulik GmbH. The official contracts have meanwhile been signed. Imav has more than 38 years of experience developing custom hydraulic control blocks for OEMs and system integrators.

Both companies have high-quality, innovative products. In addition to having its own production facility in Germany, Imav-Hydraulik works together with partners in China and the United States. Currently, 80% of annual production is produced for the German market; 20% is exported. With years of representation of Linde pumps, Bucher valves, Völkel control systems and Eaton products, Motrac Hydraulics can now best serve its customers with its own production of control blocks in Willich.

From now on Imav will continue its business activities under the name 'Motrac Hydraulics GmbH'. The products are further marketed under the brand name 'Imav-Hydraulics'. The acquisition follows seamlessly on Motrac Hydraulics' long-term vision of becoming a leading mechatronics systems integrator in Europe.
