Nikon Metrology presents the new "MV331 / 351 laser radar" for automated large-volume measurement applications. The extended range of Altera multisensor CMMs in ceramic design will be presented with the "Insight L100" Scanner and a robotic part mounting system.
The software installed on a robot laser radar is a unique alternative to the problem, which is accompanied by the traditional test methods. The laser radar measures virtually any surface on Rohkarosserieblechen and glossy painted surfaces. Thanks to this robust measurement capability, the laser radar can be used in finished vehicles both for body measurement (BIW) and the cleavage and Bündigkeitsprüfungen.
The Advanced series offers higher productivity and accuracy thanks to the use of advanced ceramic components and the optimized design, the laser radar highly efficient and reliable. In conjunction with "Camio" and a wide range of tactile and optical probes, this range of high-precision CMM is suitable for multi-sensor enabled applications.
