The highly filled pastes up to 90% fillers thus provide ever greater demands on the pump system, as they tend to sediment, and act aggressively towards the metering component. Selecting the right dosing gets thereby a significant impact on process safety.

The supplier of systems for processing one-, two- and multi-component reactive plastic systems has developed low-wear piston metering pumps KDP for the application of heat-conducting pastes for low maintenance and maximum precision. The systems can be used universally and can apply thermal paste with a dosing rate of over 10 g / s. They work according to the principle of volumetric forced dosing and dose independent of pressure and viscosity.
