Chip conveyor for machine tools

In order to quickly and reliably discharge the chips produced during the operation of machine tools and machining centers, Hema has individual chip conveyors of various types in its product range, tailored to the machines and the chip properties. The simplest design are the flat top belt conveyors with smooth hinge plates or perforated for larger quantities of coolant.
To dispose of short, broken chips, the Kratzbandspäneförderer can be used, which absorb the Span-coolant mixture by means of cross bars from the bottom of the working space and dispose of scrapers at the other end of the conveyor belt.
For ferromagnetic chips and dusts, the permanent magnetic chip conveyors are best suited. This magnetically pulls the metal particles out of the emulsion and discards them leaving the coolant behind. In confined spaces, the chip conveyors can also be combined with worm threads, which transport the material waste away from the machine to the conveyor system.
In addition to the individual, individually adapted chip conveyors, the manufacturer also manufactures system solutions that allow complete separation management, including the filter system and coolant tank. The dimensions of the conveyor systems can be customized. Depending on the load and size, the sheet thickness is defined and the design of the load adjusted. The pitch angle of the chip conveyors can be freely selected up to 60 °.
