gutekunst10117The range of shaped springs, flat springs as well as stamped, stamped and bent parts and laser parts is as extensive as its possible applications. In order to procure the optimal components for the respective application, you need a partner who is very familiar with all manufacturing processes. Gutekunst Formfedern has been supplying a wide range of products and services for 25 years.

This ranges from laser cutting, punching, forming to assembly in provided assemblies. The product range of Gutekunst Formfedern GmbH includes form, flat and leaf springs as well as spring clips and spring clips as well as the production of stamped, stamped and laser cut parts.

Shaped springs, flat springs, leaf springs and spring clips

gutekunst20117Shaped springs, flat springs, leaf springs and spring clips are among the first spring technology applications. They are mainly used in mechanical engineering and vehicle construction as well as in precision engineering and electrical engineering. Flat spring shapes are particularly diverse: from simple flat springs to complex shaped springs and shaped spring systems, they adapt precisely to the geometry of the components surrounding them. Designers can use them as storage, measuring, vibration, damping, rest or storage elements.

The production of individual form, flat, leaf springs and spring clips is complex: due to their special and often complicated shapes, they can not be calculated and interpreted according to a simple scheme. For the best possible result, the spring specialist with many years of experience also relies on current calculation methods. There is a detailed documentation of each production. This means that the information obtained can be used at any time in subsequent interpretations.

Depending on requirements, shape or quantity, molded springs and flat springs, spring clips, spring clips and leaf springs are produced in a pure stamping or laser cutting process with subsequent forming by bending, embossing, edging and deep drawing. There are hardly any limits to the design.

Spring materials and further processing

The manufacturer has an extensive selection of spring materials. In addition to normal spring steels, these also include stainless steels, non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals in strip or plate form. The production spectrum includes material thicknesses between 0,1 and 3 mm, the bandwidth is 1 to 150 m, the plate sizes are 1500 x 2500 mm.

If necessary, the surfaces of the parts are treated, for example by methods such as vibratory finishing, tumbling, phosphating, burnishing, galvanizing or painting. The range of services also includes the direct assembly of the parts in the provided assemblies. The latter simplifies the processes at the customer considerably.

Punched and stamped parts

gutekunst30117Stamped and bent parts are among the components that are most frequently used across all industries - these include simple spring clips, spring clips, pipe clips and retaining springs that fix the brake linings in cars and trucks. There are also electrically conductive spring contacts or even medically pure components with a flawless surface that are specially hardened and independent of temperature.

Depending on the choice of machine, users receive virtually all grades of metal materials: stamped, laser-cut, bent, folded, welded, riveted, bolted or even processed into complex assemblies - regardless of whether flat steel, sheet metal or slit strip. Materials such as steels, stainless steels, aluminum or non-ferrous metals such as copper, bronze, brass and beryllium copper (CuBe) as well as a variety of special alloys are often processed into stamped and stamped parts. The manufacturer delivers these in small quantities and large series.

For large quantities, the punch bending process is particularly suitable. The production method is particularly cost-efficient, precise and energy-saving. Punching and bending machines and freely programmable bending punches as well as punching tools made of powder steel or tungsten carbide from strip material are used, which are produced ready falling from different material steels.

Even after millions of parts, the punching tools are still wear-resistant and highly precise. In addition, Gutekunst also produces die-formed stamping parts made of plate material with very complex and special bending geometries on several levels. Another alternative is exact parts that are, for example, electrically conductive, springy, medically pure and particularly resistant or have a special appearance. When shaping the stamped and bent parts, there are no limits.

In addition, stamped and bent parts can be equipped with additional properties through subsequent surface treatment, such as vibratory finishing, galvanizing, silvering, gilding, burnishing, hydrogen brittle or etching. The production spectrum includes the above-mentioned material thicknesses and plate sizes and a pressing force from 180 to 800 kN. In particular, with sample parts or even smaller and medium production quantities, the effort to produce stamping and progressive tools does not pay. In this case, the parts are lasered and further processed with the help of automatic bending machines.

Individual laser parts by express

gutekunst40117Laser and sheet metal parts as well as laser cuts are produced on powerful Trumpf laser cutting systems - quickly, precisely and with complete freedom from contours. Regardless of whether it is sample parts, small quantities or series parts: the spring specialist uses sketches, drawings, CAD data or samples to produce any desired number of components according to customer specifications.

Individual laser parts are available in express production from the following materials: laser parts made of standard steel according to EN 10270-1 in material thicknesses from 0,5 to 3 mm, laser parts made of stainless steel according to EN 10270-3-1.4310 in material thicknesses from 0,1 to 3 mm as well as laser parts made of aluminum in Material thicknesses from 0,5 to 3 mm. All materials are stocked up to a plate size of 300 x 2500 and 1250 x 2500 mm.

For the express delivery of laser parts, you only need an e-mail with CAD data, a drawing or sketch as well as the desired quantity, installation situation and function. Within 24 h, the individual offer, the dispatch within 48 h - free of charge throughout Germany. Final surface treatments, tumbling, phosphating, blackening, galvanizing, hardening or painting are carried out on request. The Express Laser Part offer is only valid for components without bends.

The company, which has been honored eight times with the "Top 100 Innovator" award in recent years, manufactures according to ISO 9001: 2008, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
