The Heinrich Kipp factory now enables its customers to configure their control units individually. Specific values are simply entered online, followed by production with the 3D printer. As a result, customers receive precisely tailored components - uncomplicated and on demand.
There is constructive freedom after easy login. The user first enters specific parameters such as the radius or the thread diameter via the practical online tool. Then he determines the desired color and quantity. After completing the configuration, the data is prepared and forwarded to the 3D printer. Ordering and payment process are carried out as usual.
The entire process is extremely quick and intuitive. Time-consuming searches for suitable control elements in the catalog or online shop are not necessary. Another advantage is the complete independence from supplier restrictions. There is currently a practical product configurator for bow handles and ball knobs, of which up to 1000 pieces can be ordered per order. The thermoplastic material is available in black, blue, red, green, orange and yellow. Optionally, an alumide version in silver gray can be selected. The products can be customized by adding the customer's logo.
